"Death of Mrs. Z. H. Webster. Mrs. Sallie Stevens Webster, widow of Rev. Z. H. Webster, a prominent member of the Wilmington Conference, at her home in Demon on Tuesday evening last, after an illness of several weeks. She was the only daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Stevens, who lived their Jives in this county and for years in this town. Mrs. Webster was active in church work, even before her marriage to'a preacher, and continued these activities until overtaken by illness. All who knew her mourn the loss of a friend. Her place will be, hard to fill. Mr. G. Lacey Stevens, of Denton, is an only brother. Funeral services were held at the home on Thursday afternoon, Rev. C. Nadal Jones officiating. Interment was made in Denton cemetery."
